HighLevel vs HubSpot

HighLevel is priced as an agency plan. HubSpot Marketing Hub is priced per seat, then again by marketing contacts.

Back to the homepage

Both products include a CRM and email. They are not the same purchase. HighLevel sells one agency subscription and then sub-accounts for clients. HubSpot sells Marketing Hub for a company account, with a price that moves when you add seats or marketing contacts. Figures below are from the public pages on October 4, 2026. They can change.

What each tool is for

HighLevel

HighLevel’s pricing page lists a CRM and pipelines, a website and funnel builder, email and SMS, calendars, and workflow automation. Phone, SMS, email, and some AI features have usage charges. Agency Starter is 3 sub-accounts. Unlimited and Pro remove that cap. The pricing FAQ says those plans include unlimited contacts and unlimited users. A sub-account is explained on the agencies page.

HubSpot

HubSpot’s Marketing Hub pricing page describes software to generate leads and automate marketing. The same screen also lists free marketing, sales, service, content, data, and revenue tools. Paid Marketing Hub editions on that page are Starter, Professional, and Enterprise. Starter includes email marketing, live chat, simple marketing automation, CRM segments, and ad management. Professional adds the Starter tools plus items the page names, including social media and video. Extra marketing contacts cost more. HubSpot’s product catalog prices those contacts in bands.

The Marketing Hub cards are for one account. They do not list a client sub-account the way HighLevel does. If each client needs a separate HubSpot account, that is a separate subscription.

Prices on the official pages

HighLevel’s pricing FAQ names Agency Starter at $97/month, Unlimited at $297/month, and Pro at $497/month. The pricing page also shows $970, $2,970, and $4,970 per year for those plans. Details are on the pricing page.

HubSpot Marketing Hub Price shown on October 4, 2026 What that price includes
Free $0/month Free for up to 2 users. The page says no credit card is required.
Starter Shows $7/seat/month and $20/seat/month 1,000 marketing contacts and 500 HubSpot Credits. The page says a lower Starter price is a limited-time offer for new customers. Confirm which number is on the checkout you see.
Professional Shows $800/month and $890/month 3 core seats, 2,000 marketing contacts, and 3,000 credits. Extra core seats start at $45/month. Required onboarding is listed at $3,000 once. The two monthly figures follow the billing-period control on the page.
Enterprise Starts at $3,600/month 5 core seats, 10,000 marketing contacts, and 5,000 credits. Extra core seats start at $75/month. Required onboarding is listed at $7,000 once.

HubSpot’s product catalog, not the price cards, lists what happens after the included marketing contacts. It prices Starter contacts per 1,000: 1,000 are included, then $50/month per 1,000 in the 1,001–3,000 range. It prices Professional contacts per 5,000: 2,000 are included, then $250/month per 5,000 in the next range. The catalog has more ranges. Non-marketing contacts are not billed as marketing contacts. Use the catalog if your list is larger than the included number.

Recommendation

Try HighLevel if you want an agency platform — CRM, funnels, and email — with a sub-account per client. Starter is a flat $97/month for up to three of those accounts, with unlimited contacts on that plan, plus usage fees for phone, SMS, email, and some AI. Unlimited is the plan once you pass three clients.

Use HubSpot Marketing Hub if the work is one company’s marketing system and you are willing to pay per seat and per marketing-contact band. Do not treat the $7 or $20 seat price as the whole bill. Professional is a different product: the page shows $800 or $890 a month before the $3,000 onboarding fee and before extra contacts.

Check both live pages before you pay. HubSpot’s lower Starter price is described on its own page as a limited-time new-customer offer, so it may not be the price you see later.
